Tech Product & Offering Dev Sr Manager

As the Technology Lead for Industry X , you will define and execute the technology strategy to transform Industry X managed services operations. This includes building and enabling AI-driven agentic operations across Industry X offering portfolio—spanning Infrastructure & Capital projects, Product Design, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Aftersales Services and Plant Asset operations & Maintenance. You will combine your hands on experience in your industry and domain with the strategic vision with your insights into recent trends to ensure emerging technologies are effectively implemented, driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership, Execution & Business Impact

• Define, execute and own the Industry X offerings and technology roadmap, with AI-driven agentic operations at its core.
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest methodologies, emerging technologies, and industry-leading practices, and integrate these insights into the organization’s context, delivering tangible business value and distinctive advantages.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions – Hybrid or on cloud, and lead innovation by establishing a seamless link between technology and our overarching business strategy.
• Technical & Functional Experience in building/solutioning/integrating solutions , software accelerators & products.
• Solid experience in working with client/customer management teams to achieve solution & product objectives
• Experience in working in a matrixed organization and comfortable in coordination/reporting to/supervising higher or lower-level resources in a TEAM setup.
• Experience in Tech/Func Management by applying Product Management principles with be a definite plus.
• Establish KPIs & ROI frameworks to track business value delivered by such technology initiatives.
• Work Closely with Technical Architects and Technical teams for building In-house Tools and Solutions using relevant party tools/products.
• Coordinate with external vendor/suppliers to influence their roadmaps in accordance with our product roadmaps and align releases of features in accordance with their releases.
• Develop pricing models to support each solution or product, with all the supporting tools and templates and facts to support the appropriateness of the pricing
• Work with support teams such as client marketing and sales to ensure they are successful in launching and selling new features.

Required Competency – Process, Technology & Platforms

Proven industry experience and expertise in applying the latest technologies, platforms, and processes. (Experience in 3 or more areas below in 2 or more Industries is highly desirable)

• Preferred Industry Experience : Resources, Energy & Utilities, Industrial, Automotive & Aerospace, EPCs, Manufacturing, and others
• Emerging Technologies : AI/ML, Generative AI, AR/VR, robotics, additive manufacturing, edge computing, cybersecurity; hands-on in AI-driven agentic operations (predictive, adaptive, autonomous decision-making) with workflow orchestration and analytics platforms.
• Product Design & Engineering : CAD/CAE, generative design, simulation-driven engineering, MBSE; platforms – Siemens NX, Dassault CATIA/SolidWorks, Ansys, Altair.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) : Digital Thread, configuration/BOM management; platforms – Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, SAP PLM.
• Manufacturing Engineering & Operations : MES/MOM, SCADA, robotics, additive manufacturing, smart factory; platforms – Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation, SAP ME/MII, GE Digital, Honeywell.
• After sales & Service Operations : Predictive maintenance, digital service twins, AR/VR field service, intelligent troubleshooting, technical publications; platforms – ServiceNow, Salesforce Field Service, PTC Vuforia, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Infrastructure & Capital Projects : BIM, EPC lifecycle, digital project twins, Construction 4.0; Tools – Autodesk Revit, Bentley Systems, Hexagon SmartPlant, Primavera P6.
• Intelligent Asset Management : EAM/APM, condition monitoring, reliability-centered maintenance, autonomous recovery; Platforms – IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle EAM, AVEVA APM, Infor EAM.
• Digital Engineering & IoT : IIoT platforms, sensor/edge-to-cloud integration, connected product lifecycle; platforms – AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Siemens MindSphere, PTC ThingWorx, Bosch IoT Suite.
