Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Operations Team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business value into actionable plans and execute on the delivery of Data Governance and Compliance focused initiatives. This role requires agile delivery experience, technical understanding, attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability and ownership, collaboration, and experience managing cross workstream teams.
• Lead programs across multiple engineering teams within the Data Governance and Compliance team to deliver their products, and objectives in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Lead agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos.
• Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program progress and quality and know how to leverage those metrics to identify program needs
