Project Manager – Pipeline Control Tower (PCT)

Function: R&D Data & Analytics / Pipeline Performance Management

Location: Hybrid

Contract Type: Full-time

Role Purpose:

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of releases for the Pipeline Control Tower (PCT) — Company’s unified analytics platform for R&D portfolio planning and performance management.

This role ensures disciplined project delivery, transparent governance, and high stakeholder engagement, while maintaining data quality, compliance, and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Governance

• Own the delivery of PCT releases end-to-end: defining scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.

• Lead regular project meetings, driving agendas, facilitating discussion, and ensuring clear outcomes and follow-up actions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and ADO (Azure DevOps) work items.

• Ensure issues and risks are identified early, clearly communicated, and actively managed to resolution.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders.

• Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, including senior stakeholders, providing concise updates and escalation as required.

• Take ownership of meeting outputs — reviewing notes before circulation, validating action owners, and ensuring timely follow-up.

• Build trust through reliability, professionalism, and proactive communication.

Planning & Execution

• Support the Product Owner in translating roadmap objectives into actionable workplans and sprint deliverables.

• Track progress against milestones; ensure all tasks are delivered to quality standards and within agreed timelines.

• Drive accountability across contributors; ensure that action items are not only assigned but completed.

Change & Adoption

• Support deployment and release readiness activities, including training coordination, release communications, and post-release follow-up.

• Promote continuous improvement and structured change management to increase PCT adoption and effectiveness.

Professionalism & Ownership

• Demonstrate proactive ownership of assigned work; anticipate needs and communicate early when support or clarification is required.

• Uphold transparency and integrity in all reporting and stakeholder interactions.

• Respond positively to feedback, focusing on solutions and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing BI, analytics, or data platform projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong grounding in project management principles (Agile or hybrid) and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Jira.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to cross-functional and senior audiences.

• Experience coordinating across technical and business teams (data, product, engineering, governance).

• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, RAID, and follow-through on actions.

Preferred Experience

• Recognized PM qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile)
