Job Summary

The Tech Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technology roles across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, developers, data analysts, DevOps, QA, IT support)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
