Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Sales Specialist, based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Tech Sales Specialist will drive sales of enterprise SaaS products, focusing on understanding clients' HR and operational needs and providing tailored software solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting software demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with product offerings is integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure
  • Experience with SaaS products and a solid understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to assess client needs logically and propose tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to clients and negotiating contracts
  • Strong relationship-building skills to manage long-term client and partner connections
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid-remote setup
  • Background in HR or workforce management industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field
