Job Description
**Required Education**
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for products.
- Oversee service department operations including scheduling, training, and quality control.
- Track service campaigns, product recalls, and warranties.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors to improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in service area processes.
**Profile Requirements**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Technical knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.
- Customer service experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid VISA.
- Technical/intermediate English.
**Personal skills**: Effective communication, teamwork, commitment, and leadership.
**Work Schedule**
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM (some Saturdays in home office mode)...
