What’s The Role The Well Reservoir Facilities Management (WRFM) delivery engine in Shell plays a vital role in maximizing end‑to‑end asset value. It does this by integrating expertise and resources across wells, reservoirs, and production systems to identify and execute optimization opportunities and necessary interventions. Effective WRFM delivery requires focused efforts in well integrity, surveillance and optimization, well interventions, and facilities debottlenecking—ensuring sustained value creation throughout the asset life cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute the deployment of WRFM Factory workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the agreed Terms of Reference and Factory Implementation Plan.
