What you'll be doing

The Well Reservoir Facilities Management (WRFM) delivery engine in Shell plays a vital role in maximizing end‑to‑end asset value. It does this by integrating expertise and resources across wells, reservoirs, and production systems to identify and execute optimization opportunities and necessary interventions. Effective WRFM delivery requires focused efforts in well integrity, surveillance and optimization, well interventions, and facilities debottlenecking‑ensuring sustained value creation throughout the asset life cycle.

The Tech Specialist - WRFM position reports to the Senior Team Lead - WRFM Factory (WRFM‑ROW vertical) within the Subsurface & WRFM (SSW) team under Technical Asset Support (TAS).
