**Responsibilities**:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.
Configure computer equipment.
Migration
Cloning
Ticket management

Technical Bachelor's degree
Ticket management skills
Minimum 1 year of help desk experience
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
Proficiency in hardware and software
