As the primary point of contact for our agents, you will provide technical support and expertise on our sales and sales support applications. You will resolve issues, assist with agent onboarding and offboarding, maintain communication with vendors and the offshore development team, track support calls, analyze root causes, and escalates critical issues in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.
