Main Responsibilities:


• Handle support via calls (66%), emails, and chats (33%)


• Assist with the initial setup of new stores


• Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


• English level B2 or higher


• High school diploma completed


• Knowledge of WLAN, VLAN, IP, MAC Address, HTTP, and VPN


• Technical support and digital tools knowledge


• Must be 18 years or older and live in Bogotá
