***This position can be filled as a Technical Support Specialist I, II, III, or Senior depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.***
**Position can be located near the ETS East Region which is from New Orleans, LA to all of MS Plants**
**JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:**
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing improvement projects, and/or provide diagnostic subject matter expertise to enhance the overall reliability, efficiency, and safety of the plant.
**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Conduct root cause analysis and prepare reports for management use
+ Provide primary or backup technical support for various plant system and processes
+ Utilize experience, knowledge, and online monitoring systems and tools to analyze, trend, and monitor plant equipment performance data in an effort to improve plant operation
