Job Description

The Tech Support agent, under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor, performs technical, and administrative work in the maintenance, and the installation of new and existing personal computer systems. Performs level 2 triage and provides onsite as well as remote support for Desktop, Software, Telecom, Systems, and Networking teams. Works on moderately complex end user support. Confers with end users to determine types of hardware and software requirements and determines direction based on approved hardware and software. Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware. Trains end users in use of equipment and software.

4. Mentors TI Technician, Computer End User staff
