About The Role

We are looking for a strategic Tech Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top‑of‑the‑funnel strategy for our most critical Engineering and Product hires across the EU, IN and LatAm regions and beyond. You will move beyond simple “hunting” to become a market expert, providing data‑driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard‑to‑fill roles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing Sourcing Strategy: You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilising Boolean search, x‑ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms
• Building Healthy Pipelines: You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre‑qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time‑to‑hire
