We are looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team as a Tech Talent Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality nearshore contractors who can help us build a sustainable pipeline of vetted tech talent.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage engineers, designers, and tech leads from across Mexico and Latin America.
- Bulk up long-term candidate pipelines aligned to our most common and hardest-to-fill roles.
- Owning full-cycle recruiting when roles open - from screening through interview coordination and offers.
