Tech Team Lead – Treasury Engineering

Salary: up to £175k base, circa £260-300k TC

Summary:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced tech manager to lead a talented Treasury engineering team at one of the world’s most prestigious hedge funds. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering a large-scale Treasury project focused on margin replication, scenario analysis, and ‘what-if’ modelling.

This is a critical initiative for the firm, with significant visibility across Treasury, Risk Managers, Portfolio Managers, Business Managers, and the office of the CIO.

As Team Lead, your role is pivotal in ensuring the right system design, managing the project roadmap, and representing the team with senior stakeholders.
