    Job Description

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to align R&D, ARDL, QA, RA, and Manufacturing for seamless product transfer and commercialization.
  • Define and implement robust Technology Transfer (TT) governance across all formulation categories, focusing on Oral Solids, Oral Liquids, Ophthalmic and any other dosage forms.Ensure all process and product data generated during TT supports regulatory submissions.Troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements post-commercialization.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful GM Technology should have:

  • 20-25 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, Manufacturing, or Technical Operations , with extensive exposure to Technology Transfer and cross-functional leadership. Experience in Oral Solid/Liquid Dosage and Ophthalmic formulations is mandatory. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role interacting with multiple technical and quality functions.Experience in regulated market product transfers (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) preferred.
