Job Description
What you'll do
· Act as a technical point of contact for clients and work to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that align with those requirements
· Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud-based solutions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
· Continuously learn and stay current on new cloud services and technologies
· Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients
· Provide feedback to internal teams to improve the client experience and service offerings
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
· Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders
· Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients
