Technical Account Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the implementation of software projects.
- Follow best practices and coding standards, while keeping in mind the scope, goals and deliverables
- Review User Guides and Technical Guides.
- Identify bugs and issues in each project developed in ProcessMaker.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Function as an integral part of the team, actively contributing towards the development of our services.
- The position requires constant communication with clients and teams in English.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
