Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a highly motivated technical expert to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Position OverviewWe are looking for professionals with Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) experience to support a broad range of technologies in large‑scale enterprise environments. The role works closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide, joining the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team. The Technical Account Management group owns the customer support experience and is responsible for ensuring technical success, driving growth and customer delight.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical advisor, coordinating with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Adoption Specialist (TAS) to execute customer success plans and ensure best‑in‑class experience.
- Prioritize and handle escalations of critical issues while monitoring service‑level compliance.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for enterprise customers based on data analytics.
- Adopt a problem‑management approach to identify opportunities for improvement initiatives.
- Partner with customers’ IT and design groups to ensure successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications.
- Deliver coaching sessions that support the customer success plan and increase adoption.
- Proactively engage customers through regular support case reviews, software performance assessments, and alignment of technical insights with customer objectives.
- Manage key events such as major upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting or using Autodesk AECO products (especially Revit) and cloud services for large enterprise clients in a professional services role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
- Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange.
- Experience delivering presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English and German; fluency in both languages required. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent communicator who builds relationships at all levels and takes initiative.
- Ability to present technical information to live or virtual audiences.
- Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Revit.
