Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)
In this role, you will support and manage cloud environments, ensure system stability, and work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable cloud solutions across the APAC region.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting client projects end-to-end, and continuously improving cloud operations.
Partner closely with the Business Development team to support client opportunities
Provide technical support and services to clients, ensuring system reliability and satisfaction
Perform cloud operations and maintenance , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
Administer operating systems and databases with a focus on availability, performance, and security
Collaborate with internal teams and client IT stakeholders for smooth project delivery and handover
