What you’ll do

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of their cloud environments. You will bridge customer needs with internal technical teams, leading the technical side of the relationship.

Main responsibilities 1. Technical ownership & escalation management
  • Act as Technical Account Manager for cloud and hosting customers.
  • Manage and coordinate complex technical incidents and escalations , including root cause analysis and follow-up.
  • Work closely with Engineering, SRE, and Support teams to ensure effective resolutions.
  • Oversee infrastructure changes, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.
