Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of client-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving technical implementations, or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customers in Google Cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience collaborating across business units internally and at enterprises.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, presentation, and management skills.
