About the Role
The Technical Account Manager position is a key role responsible for managing and growing client accounts while contributing to new business development. You will be a primary point of contact for clients, supporting both strategic and technical discussions, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
You will act as a trusted advisor - working closely with our technical, support, and leadership teams to deliver tailored IT solutions and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Act as a key point of contact for clients across strategic and technical discussions.
Leverage Microsoft 365 expertise to recommend appropriate solutions, licensing, and service improvements.
Provide guidance on cyber security best practice to help customers minimise risk.
Drive opportunities working with internal teams to quote, convert, deliver, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and sales pipelines for existing and prospective clients.
Work with management and team leaders to improve internal processes and efficiencies.
Contribute positively to Dynamic IT’s collaborative culture and strong inter-team relationships.
Desired Capabilities and Experience
Proven experience in an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development role within an IT, MSP, or technology services environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong product knowledge of Microsoft 365, including product offerings, business use cases, licensing, and implementation.
Knowledge of cyber security practices and the Essential Eight.
