Job Description

A leading provider in the streaming media technology space is seeking a Customer Success Manager/Pre-Sales to manage enterprise accounts and deliver high-level support and onboarding for major broadcasters and OTT platforms. The role will also support pre-sales activities including demos, RFPs, and POCs.
