Overview
This role is a critical primary liaison between business stakeholders & users and our outsource provider for critical core business platforms such as but not limited to; NetSuite, Salesforce SPIFF, SAP Concur and our future HRIS.
Drive delivery excellence from outsourced support teams while ensuring business needs are met and cross-platform integration success.
Foundational role in an expanding Business Applications team with significant growth potential.
Reports to: Vice President, Enterprise Architecture
This role offers significant career development opportunities as Avison Young's Business Applications function matures. Work closely with director & VP -level leadership, gain exposure/shape enterprise architecture strategy, and expand scope as the team grows.
Future opportunities include team leadership, expanded portfolio ownership, or evolution into director-level roles.
