Role Overview
Cloud4 C is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Network & Security to drive end-to-end technical ownership for enterprise customer.
This role is critical to ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and continuous optimization across Cloud4 C’s managed network and security platforms. The TAM will serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Assume full technical ownership of assigned customer account.
Act as the single technical point of contact , interfacing with customer stakeholders and teams.
Lead and govern major incidents, escalations, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions
Ensure architectural integrity and policy compliance across:
Enterprise Routing & Switching
Wireless Networks (Aruba / Cisco )
Network Security Firewalls (Pal...
