As our Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be accountable for ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of our Customers through AutoStore’s Partner Network. This role requires a seasoned professional with a technical background, and a focus on building and maintaining solid Partner relationships.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Drive Partner Success, manage TAM cases and partner's KPIs, lead regular TAM review meetings, and proactively monitor performance to ensure optimal system use and low incident rates.
- Deliver Expert Support by providing on-site assistance to partners and end-customer visits, offering hands-on guidance across all AutoStore modules.
- Build Solid Relationships, establish connections with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Support to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
