Job Description
As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to join the team. In this role you will act as trusted partners for clients using our payments platform. They own the technical relationship, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of payment methods and processing channels. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with strong technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
- Oversee onboarding of new brands and payment methods: configuration, routing setup, and testing
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide strategic technical guidance
- Analyze transaction performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on systemic improvements
