Overview
KX is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Global Technical Account Management team. As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll spend your time working directly with customers – understanding their environments and use cases, providing support and enablement to help them maximize their ROI in KX software, identifying where KX can expand, assisting with new sales opportunities, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Perform regular customer health checks to review architecture, address pain points, identify optimizations, and assess expansion opportunities.
- Provide product training to customers to ensure they have sufficient expertise to utilize our software.
