Job Description

Platform Technical Account Manager (TAM). In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to a select group of key Public Sector customers, providing the hands-on technical and architectural guidance necessary to optimize their Red Hat infrastructure.

As a TAM, you will act as a trusted advisor, cultivating deep technical expertise of your customers' unique environments to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks before they arise. You will provide a premium level of proactive support. You’ll be tailoring solutions to specific mission requirements, facilitating collaboration with third-party vendors, and fiercely advocating for your customers’ needs within Red Hat.

What you will do:

  • Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
