Technical Account Manager

Join Transmit Security as a Technical Account Manager and help businesses build secure, trusted end‑to‑end digital identity journeys.

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager you will build key technical and business relationships, enable customers to fully leverage the Transmit platform, and deliver world‑class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success and adoption of Transmit Security’s solutions.
  • Become the customer’s champion by building deep knowledge of their environments and use cases.
  • Understand customers' business and technical needs and provide technical guidance on how best to leverage Transmit solutions.
  • Champion the onboarding experience of new customers, driving time‑to‑value and ROI through collaboration with Product, R&D, and Professional Services.
  • Identify and resolve technical roadblocks so customers realize value from Transmit products.
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of Transmit’s products and architect solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead post‑sales efforts with Product and R&D to shape products to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Manage and shape customer technical response during incidents, ensuring urgent internal action.
  • Present product roadmap and confirm alignment with customer business goals.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight progress, identify expansion opportunities, and remove blockers.
  • Act as a trusted technical adviser to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop and lead onsite, remote, and webinar enablement sessions on product features, use cases, and best practices.
  • Work with Sales and Field Engineers to uncover new opportunities and provide consistent account health feedback.
  • Ensure great service and customer satisfaction as the accountable stakeholder for the solution delivered.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience leading or building Technical Account Management and Customer Success teams, processes or procedures is preferred.
  • Track record of developing executive‑level relationships within customer organizations.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional technical projects (light project management skills preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Risk/Fraud and Identity & Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, certificates, identity orchestration, WebAuthn).
  • Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn bleeding‑edge technologies and apply them to customer journeys.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all management levels.
  • Experience driving adoption of key strategic initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Agility to adapt quickly to changing technical, business and market needs.
  • Willingness to travel to customer engagements (up to once a month).
