This is a remote, part-time position for a Technical Account Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing Amazon client accounts by maintaining account health, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular business reports. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, invoicing, and assisting with financial management, while ensuring effective and clear communication with clients. Additional tasks may include resolving account issues, assisting clients in their growth strategies, and staying up to date on Amazon policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Finance
- Experience in Invoicing and related financial operations
- Strong Communication skills, including client interaction and report preparation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central management is a plus
