Position


The Technical Accounting Analyst will report directly to the Technical Accounting Team Leader and will play a critical contribution in the delivery of our premium collection across international clients within the Technical Operations Team. The ideal candidate has initial experience in the premium collection and eligibility data management within the insurance sector.
As our Technical Accounting Analyst, you'll get to:
  • Provide on-going support and expertise in the daily operations of our insurance products
  • Manage the end-to-end process of receiving and reconciling bordereaux sent from clients, including subsequent charging, and organizing matching of payments
  • Work with lntrali (VIPR), SQL and Excel to maintain our database and conduct analysis
  • Provide reporting to Re-/lnsurance partners on a monthly/quarterly basis for everything relating to premiums, lives, and revenue
  • Provide support in compliance audits
  • Monitor cash collection and help reduce DSO and overdue debt
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Sales Managers to help resolve queries
  • Prepare Broker commission statement and settlements

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a receivables administrator role, ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience analysing datasets
  • Experience in collaborating and communicating with an international team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Any other European
  • Language would be a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset and detail oriented
  • Appetite to go the extra-mile and can-do spirit
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritise work
