Job Description
As a Technical Accounts Manager, you will manage all pre-sales activities for assigned key accounts, including developing integrated technical and commercial solutions, leading bids and proposals, and engaging with clients to define requirements. The role also supports sales and project teams, drives strategic account growth, and provides leadership to the presales function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science) or Business Administration; Master’s degree or vendor certifications are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security or technology solution design and presales execution
- Mandatory UAE market experience; GCC exposure is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
