Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to Technical Sales Representatives supporting chat-based accounts.
  • Coordinate operational tasks related to system access, tools, and technical documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring account-related technical requirements and operational deliverables.
