We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Technical Administrator for one of our global shipping clients. The Technical Administrator will be responsible in ensuring seamless operational support for our fleet management activities through meticulous administrative oversight and proactive coordination, thereby contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our maritime assets.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience as Technical Executive. He/she would possess good working attitude and can communicate well.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and compile weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and quarterly reports for various stakeholders and projects as assigned.
• Ensure timely distribution and accuracy of owner reports and performance monitoring reports related to hull propeller assessments, underwater inspections, certificate management, vessel monitoring, and visit status.
