Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 Business Central modules and Power Platform functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and suggest improvements or workarounds.
Develop and maintain AppSource-ready applications and ISV solutions.
Document and track development specifications and resolutions comprehensively and accurately.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
