Technical Advisor - Transformer Repairs

The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in supporting transformer repair operations at our Stoney Creek facility. As a Technical Advisor , you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and production, ensuring every repair job runs smoothly and meets customer expectations. Working on the afternoon shift, you’ll create job routers, provide technical guidance, and lead job reviews that shape the quality and efficiency of our processes. Your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable energy solutions while driving cost reduction and process improvements.

SHIFT : Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Attend pre-quote review meetings to support accurate job planning.
• Prepare work scopes based on customer purchase orders for all repair jobs.
• Assist in developing quality plans and job binders for windings and transformer repairs.
