• The mission requires a minimum of five years of relevant expertise.
• The non-negotiable essential qualifications are clearly indicated in the Service Description, including expertise in IT Asset and Configuration Management , expertise with ITAM tools (preferably ServiceNow), and strong service of communication across all organizational levels.
• As an IT Asset & Configuration Management service , the primary objective is to ensure data quality for IT assets in the CMDB (ServiceNow).
• The service involves managing the lifecycle of IT assets and configurations to ensure optimal performance, maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
