Duties & Responsibilities

Spearheading the enhancement and maintenance of IT data for disaster recovery and asset management repositories, ensuring their robustness and reliability.

Harnessing the capabilities of Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams, to design and optimize disaster recovery solutions.

Collaborating closely with IT teams to understand the repository's technical requirements, making sure it meets organizational objectives and standards.

Translating business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documents ensuring seamless integration of the repositories into the program(s).

Conducting regular audits of the repositories to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with client’s standards.

Providing training and support to staff on utilizing the repositories, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
