Technical Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Azure DevOps (ADO) Technical Delivery Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA shERPa program. This role provides first-line triage and intake for SIT/UAT defects, coordinating defect activities across ITS and functional testing teams. The candidate will ensure high-quality intake, correct routing of issues, and smooth communication between testing and ITS.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years experience in Technical Delivery, Testing, or ADO-driven roles (Intermediate level).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including:
  • Defect lifecycle management
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/ITSM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ITell.
• Generalized testing and defect triage experience.
• Ability to differentiate functional defects vs. non-defect operational issues.
