Technical Analyst

Salary: c. £39,000 per annum

Hours: Full time - 35 hours 

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Desktop Support Team here at the West Brom. We are a vibrant team who are at the core of the support function, you’ll work with every sector of the Society in a varied and challenging capacity.

There are three key elements to the role that cover:

  • BAU troubleshooting support across all user endpoints. This also includes telephony, printing devices, mobile devices as well as core Windows queries/incidents.
  • Project work across a range of varied functions, such as M365 Migration, application upgrades and device refreshes.
