Job Description
The position is responsible for provide technical support and troubleshooting for our diagnostics products. Key responsibilities include the followings:
+ Provide Technical support and troubleshooting, conduct customer training for diagnostics instruments
+ Perform Instrument Validation based on The Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS)
+ Implement IT solutions
+ Support Sales Service to hospitals and private laboratories
**Requirements:**
+ College or equivalent graduates with related background in medical technology, pathological diagnostics or biological science
+ IT knowledge is preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years of Application Support in medical or diagnostics industry is preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluent in Chinese and English
