- Assisting with system setup, configuration, and the use of programming or integration tools to support customization, extension, and integration of products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as customer experience and sales, to address concerns impacting customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in mentoring and supporting other team members to ensure consistency and high standards of customer service.
- Contributing to and utilizing the department’s knowledge base articles and FAQs.
