The Technical Support Specialist provides frontline technical assistance to Epicor customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of software-related issues while maintaining high standards of customer service and technical knowledge.
**What you will be doing**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering accurate solutions and advice.
- Collaborate with customers to remotely test, troubleshoot, and support technical software functions.
- Participate in Epicor product training courses aligned with internal ERP E10 certification requirements.
- Maintain and meet established service quality levels.
- Monitor open issues and ensure customers are kept informed on progress and resolution timelines.
