I am working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector.

  • Outside IR35
  • Public sector experience
  • Fully remote
  • £350 per day
  • Assess existing platforms and data sources (e.g., aquaculture/performance data sites, planning portals) and the feasibility of reuse or integration.
  • Define high‑level target architecture, integration patterns, security, data‑sharing, and scalability to other consenting regimes.
  • Advise on technical constraints/assumptions that must shape the prototype and the future build.
