• Hands-on exposure to design integrations for HR systems (like Workday, Workday Extend, ADP, Eightfold etc) at large scale.
• Well versed with various integration patterns like APIs, Eventing, SFTP etc.
• Exposure on RFPs assessments, to evaluate technical solutions from the market for HR domain.
• Exposure to design solution using public cloud (AWS/Azure) services.
• Ability to challenge designers/engineers and can go to code level Java/Python if need arises to ensure the architectural alignment.
