Experience on Now Platform - App Engine, Service Portal, CSM, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub Experience on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer Experience on designing best fit solutions using ServiceNow capabilities. Experience in designing Integration architecture with ServiceNow. Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions. Good to have experience on ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and event Management. Knowledge of ITIL processes Architect & design ServiceNow implementation using Now platform Custom Applications/Service Portals, Integration Hub, CSM, Requirement gathering, provided solution for end to solution through ServiceNow applications. Helping development team to prepare design document, Development, Testing, Implementation To work with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories Manage technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, ability to create and Modify Workflows. Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
