About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Architect with over 10 years of expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , and Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM . The role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions across diverse Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations using OIC, VBCS, and OCI .
• Develop and implement integration strategies for Fusion ERP and HCM modules.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks .
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive solution design, system integration, and data flow architecture across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud standards.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide development teams on Oracle Cloud technologies and design principles.
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates, emerging tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – designing and building REST/SOAP, file-based, and scheduled integrations.
• Proficiency in Visual Builder (VBCS) for creating and extending cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components including compute, storage, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud technical configurations and extensions.
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, JSON/XML , and FBDI .
• Exposure to ADF, OAF , and Fusion Middleware is an advantage.
• Oracle certifications in OIC, OCI, or Fusion ERP/HCM are preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
